InfiniTech is a growing Managed IT Services Provider based in Columbia, Missouri. We manage the IT environments for more than 60 businesses across Mid-Missouri — from professional services firms and healthcare practices to municipalities and school districts — and we’re expanding. What the Work Actually Looks Like
Our team manages real-world environments — servers, networks, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, security operations — for businesses that depend on their technology to function every day. That means you’ll be working on diverse client environments, solving problems that matter to people who aren’t IT professionals, and building expertise across a modern tool stack that includes ConnectWise, Kaseya RMM/EDR, ITGlue, Auvik, Fortinet, HPE Aruba, Proxmox, and the full Microsoft 365 platform.
Depending on your role, your day might involve responding to a support ticket from a law firm’s staff, deploying a new Fortinet firewall at a municipal office, migrating a client’s server environment from VMware to Proxmox, or reviewing EDR alerts from our security operations platform. We operate as a coordinated team — not a collection of independent contractors — which means you’ll have colleagues to escalate to, documentation to work from, and a defined process to follow.

Who We’re Looking For
We hire for technical competence, client communication skills, and the kind of accountability that makes a team trust you. Specific roles and experience levels vary by opening, but we generally look for people with hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration, a willingness to own problems through to resolution, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical clients who are counting on you to make things work.
