Careers – Account Manager (Kansas City)

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager in Kansas City, MO who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.  You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.  You will coordinate between customers and internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong and long lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer

Needs and Objectives

  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Grow sales and profitability by prioritizing and capturing new customers and growing revenues with existing customers
  • Cold calling
  • Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals on a consistent basi
  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge to support products and services
  • Translate client needs into definable solutions strategies in conjunction with Executive Management & Technical Team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Past B2B sales experience, technology sales preferred
  • Written and Oral Communication skills including leading presentations, creating reports, etc
  • Customer Service focus including solid judgment, ethics, and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Travel to customer sites required. Must have reliable transportation
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills
  • Ability to listen to prospects and customers and understand their needs
  • Professional demeanor and selling style
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, meeting planning, and account development
  • Customer focused mindset; experience working directly with customers with a wide range of professional sophistication
  • Highly self-motivated
